Carlos' Bio

Carlos Rodriguez is an Executive Assistant to the Superintendent at Oakland Military Institute College Preparatory Academy with five years of experience in administrative assistance and eight years in the education realm. He has helped schools raise their end of the year scholastic tests scores while also leading groups of employees to fulfill the daily duties of an ever changing atmosphere of the head office. Specializing in the cultivation of productivity in the main office and throughout the rest of the school, Carlos uses that experience to ensure that the Superintendent is on top of what they need to get done, fellow employees know what their daily tasks are, and students get the most out of the school’s curriculum and assistance programs.

In conjunction with his ability to lead groups of employees, Carlos has had his hand in creating programs that have helped guide students in the right direction. From establishing restorative justice programs to tutoring students during Saturday school and after school, Carlos understands what methods he needs to take to bring out the potential in every person that he encounters.

When Carlos is not at Oakland Military Institute, he is an avid grinder of ranked modes in video games and loves to spend time with friends and family. He also loves wrestling, specifically All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling, and jumps at the chance to see it live.
