Chief Financial Officer

LTC (Ret) Vincent L. Salazar served in the U.S. Army, California National Guard (CA ARNG) from 1985-2021.  During his 35-year Military Career he was assigned to various units within the 40 th ID, USPFO CA ARNG. He deployed overseas to Iraq, Kosovo, GITMO, and twice to Afghanistan within the past 10 years.

LTC Salazar’s finance career began in 1995 as an Accounting Technician and moved up to Accountant, Senior Accountant and Fiscal Officer in Orange County and Los Angeles County Office of Education Head Start, State Preschool, Day Care and City educational programs.

He served as Chief Financial Officer for over 25 years before accepting a full-time training opportunity with the National Guard Bureau for a two-year Federal Procurement Program and a deployment oversees to finish his military career in the CA ARNG.

LTC (Ret) Salazar has a wife and two adult children. He is a lifetime deep-sea fishermen. He is an Avid snow skier and trail runner in his spare time.
