Congratulations for completing our Winter Entrance camp! Here are your next steps

1. Visit http://www.oakmil.org/apps/pages/registration for registration instructions.
2. Complete the 3 step registration process by Wednesday, January 10th.
3. Email Kathryn Wong at [email protected], fax 510 594-3975 or drop off the following supporting documents by Wednesday, January 10th. ** Most recent report card or transcript, immunization record, birth certificate, 504 plan (if applicable), IEP (if applicable) **
4. Parent/Guardian and student attend a short orientation and pickup schedules at OMI on January 16th at 8:30 am.
