Winter Camp Parent Orientation

Families that have received this letter in the mail and have applied to OMI are invited to the Winter Camp Orientation.

The following information is provided in preparation for the OMI Entrance Camp Orientation on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at 4:30PM in Regimental Hall. Attendance by both the candidate and parent/legal guardian is the next mandatory step of the admissions process.

 Attendance by both the candidate and parent/legal guardian for the orientation is required. The entire process will take not more than two hours.

 You will need to bring the following items with you to finish the Registration process: Birth Certificate from any country or Pass Port, Immunization Records, and Report Card.

 Candidates must adhere to a prescribed uniform wear and appearance standard for the orientation (attached). An identification photo will be taken at the session.

Your student(s) are expected to attend Winter Camp on the following dates: December 18, 2017 thru December 22, 2017.

Attendance in camp is required in order to maintain your student’s enrollment at OMI. Students must attend and complete all five days of camp.

Camp will be held on OMI campus and is a day program only. Report time is no later than 8:00am and pick up time is 3:30pm. (An adult will be on campus by 7:45 am to let students in). The school will not be providing lunch; therefore each student should arrive every day with a sack lunch. The school will provide a snack.

The uniform for the camp is the OMI Pledge Uniform. The same standards, expectations, and disciplinary consequences are in place throughout camp as during the normal school day.
