Greetings OMI Families,
OMI has received COVID-19 Self-Test Kits and we are prepared to begin distributing them next week. No appointment is needed however a date will be assigned to your cadet. If your cadet's last name begins with the letter A-M pick up will be on Monday, January 10, 2022 between 2:30pm-5:00pm. If your cadet's last name begins with the letter N-Z pick up will be on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 between 4:00pm-6:00pm. If you are not able to come on the assigned date please stop by on Friday, January 14, 2022 between 4:00pm-6:00pm.
Pick up area will be at the B building and you will see staff standing outside the appropriate gate entrance. Please note a parent/guardian will need to pick up the kit for their cadet(s). Cadets will NOT be allowed to pick up the kit themselves. Before picking up the kit you must register your cadet(s) on the following link: https://my.primary.health/l/oak-military-ins
