Monday: Write a motivational quote on the board prior to class. After MTW, speak to your cadets about this quote and what it means to them.

Tuesday: Share a positive story with your ADV Class.It could be personal, or something you read on the news. Tie it into a positive life lesson or trait that the cadets can relate to.

Wed: No ADV

Thursday: Give each cadet a high five as they enter the classroom; setting the tone for the day
