Schedule: The intramural lunch schedule is divided into eight (8) four-week “blocks,” beginning the first week of September and ending the last week of school.
Structure: Each “block” offers two (2) team sport/games for Middle School and two (2) team sport/games for High School, for a total of thirty-two (32) activities. Teams will consist of like-company cadets who sign up to participate and represent their respective companies. Company vs.company competition will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the second half of lunch.

Transitional Weeks: Between each block, there is a transition week where additional intramural activities occur. On Transitional Week (TW) Tuesdays, a Staff vs. Students game will take place, and on TW Thursdays a “whole company” individual competition or tournament will occur.

Point System and Awards: The goal of the intramural sports points system and awards program is to promote and develop physical activity, participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Grizzly Cup: The coveted Grizzly Cup will be presented to the company who has achieved the highest total of intramural points during the course of the school year. Points/Honors will be allocated as follows:
Companies will receive 50 points for each “block” sport they finish first place in (by way of winning a tournament). 25 points will also be rewarded to the company team that has the best record going into the playoffs. Additionally, winning companies will receive an honor streamer presented by Athletic Director.
Participation Incentives: During each block, one MS cadet and one HS cadet will be selected by the Athletic Director to receive the “Grizzly Gamer” award, which recognizes the cadet who is most valuable to his/her company based on the following criteria: passion, sportsmanship, leadership, and performance. The Grizzly Gamer will receive 25 merits, receive a fitness honor unit ribbon, and a sticker for their ID badge that grants them front of the line lunch access for Tuesdays and Thursdays for the duration of the block. Merits and awards will be distributed by Athletic Director during transition week at morning formation. Grizzly Cup will be presented at final Pass & Review ceremony.
